The underwriter will review the borrower’s credit and property information to verify qualification for the requested loan type.

The Wrap-Up

The Closings department reviews all materials for closing and sends them to the title company or closing attorney. The Loan Officer prepares the borrower for the closing process

The Close

The title company or attorney prepares legal documents. The Borrower will review and sign all documents to finalize the transaction.
